About Diamonds
A look at the industry and The Jool inventory.
Natural Diamonds vs. Lab Diamonds
At The Jool, we don't have a bias towards Lab or Natural Diamonds, but we'll be straightforward about the pros and cons of each.
At a very high level
Lab Grown Diamonds
They are very real, they look the same as natural and are a fraction of the cost
Natural Diamonds
They tend to hold their resale value due to their scarcity, but can be complicated and pricey
More on Lab Grown
They're real
Lab grown diamonds are not just a fad, they are the future of the industry. They are identical to earth mined diamonds in every way, except that they are grown in a lab. They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.
Your $$ goes further
Jool prices are not just competitive, you'll be hard pressed to find better. Going with a lab grown diamond means you'll be able to get a bigger and superior quality diamond for your budget. Think that 3 carat is out of reach? Think again!
And they're spectacular
Our lab grown diamonds are of the highest quality you'll find on the market. We guarantee it. All of our Diamonds are IGI certified and GIA is available as an upgrade upon request.
Inventory limits
There are times where it's more difficult to find less common varieties due to lack of demand for that product. This is pretty rare, however.
More on Natural
Natural Diamonds are mined from the earth, which makes the number of diamonds produced undetermined and somewhat random. Quality + scarcity + demand are the factors that drive prices of natural diamonds. For some there is no substitute for natural, which is fine!
